| Would you like to begin a relationship with Christ right now? How to become a Christian. Here are 8 Biblical steps showing how to get off to the right START. God know that you do not have the ability to accomplish these 8 steps without His help. He only asks that you be willing. He will supply the power you need. Are you willing to..... Stop trusting in yourself and what you can do and start trusting in Jesus and what He has already done? (Proverbs 28:26, Proverbs 3:5-6) Tell Jesus that you are sorry for your sins and invite Him to come and live inside of you? (1 John 1:15, Revelation 3:20) Ask Jesus to become your Savior and your Lord (which means being #1 in your life)? (1Timothy 1:15, Romans 10:9-10) Repent and Turn away from everything God and the Bible call sin? (Acts 3:19) Totally commit yourself to obeying Christ every day for the rest of your life? (Matthew 16:25) If after reading the above 8 areas you are not willing to yield to God in any one of them, we recommend that you do not commit yourself to Christ until you are prepared to do in on His terms. As in the earthly marriage, a commitment without carefully counting the cost will eventually end in disappointment and failure. If, on the other hand, you are ready to make this commitment , we encourage you to begin your relationship with Christ in prayer. Sincerely pray the following prayer out loud " Lord Jesus....I want to stop trusting in myself...and what I can do...and start trusting in you...and what you have already done...when you died for me on the cross. I know that I am a sinner...and I am sorry for my sins. I ask you to forgive me...and I invite you to come and live inside of me. I want you to be my Savior...and my Lord...which means being #1 in my life. I want to repent and turn away from everything you and the Bible call sin...and I totally commit myself...to obeying you...everyday, for the rest of my life. Thank you Jesus. Amen." |

Do you realize that we have a wonderful opportunity, right here in Glendive, to help change the world? Our
world has adopted a system of belief that keeps God out of the picture of our lives. We make our laws and
educate our children under the premise that God should not be mentioned. Sure, we have remnants of God
in our society, the pledge of allegiance, congress opening each day with prayer, but those remnants are fading
fast.
When did our society shift from one of glorifying God in all of life to one where God is seldom mentioned?
Most of this thinking became prevalent when Darwinian evolution was adopted as the prominent theory of
the origin of life. No longer, in the thinking of many, was God necessary. Simply watch the Discovery
Channel and you will see the assumption that life happened by time and chance without God.
I have to confess that I have, like many Christians, not given this issue its due. But almost every moral issue
we face in this country, from abortion to school shootings can at least partially be placed at the feet of
evolutionary thinking. Without God, we are not accountable to anyone. A society will always crumble and
fall when the God of the Bible becomes merely an afterthought.
Many Christians believe that the evidence is just too much to overcome, that evolution is a well established
fact. But the sad thing is, we don’t have to give into evolutionary thinking. There are many scholars and
scientists that still hold to God’s creation of the earth and the evidence available is consistent with the Biblical
account of creation.
Right here in Glendive we have a resource available to counteract the evolutionary thinking of our day and
confront people with the truth of Scripture. Otis Kline is building the Glendive Dinosaur and Fossil Museum
which will walk people through God’s wonderful creation and show them the evidence that points to the God
of the Bible as the creator of all we see.
Otis is currently raising funds to finish off the museum so that it can open. I want to lay down a challenge to
all those interested in making a difference. Would you consider ways to support this vital work, through
prayer, financial support, or labor?
Wonderful progress has been made and the ability to open the museum is in sight. If you are able to give in
some way, please contact Otis Kline at the Foundation Advancing Creation Truth (FACT).
We can make a difference in the world. I believe that God will draw people from all over the country to see
this fantastic museum. I believe that God will change hearts and lives as they are confronted with the truth of
the Bible and the life-transforming work of Jesus Christ!
